Add Tailscale, remove WireGuard and old VPS references

- Enable Tailscale on NixOracle and Nixos
- Add SSH matchBlock for Termux (pixel-7a, port 8022)
- Remove extraHosts entries for vps and NixOracle
- Remove WireGuard config, secrets and age key
